Dr Antonio Fernández Brito
Dr Antonio Fernández Brito is a specialist in hair surgery. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field and extensive training in different areas of the specialty.
He graduated in Medicine and Surgery from the Central University of Venezuela and specialized in General Surgery from the same entity. He made a training stay at the Hospital 12 de Octubre in Madrid. Later, he specialized in Aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine at the Universidad Complutense of Madrid and completed a Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Food at the University of Barcelona.
Throughout his professional career, he has combined his healthcare assistance work with teaching. He worked as a professor of General Surgery at the Dr Miguel Pérez Carreño Hospital and has participated in numerous congresses, courses and conferences related to his specialty: Hair Surgery. In addition, he is a member of entities such as the Spanish Society of Aesthetic Medicine (SEME), the Spanish Society of Cosmetic Medicine and Surgery (SEMCC), as well as the Illustrious College of Physicians of Madrid (ICOMEM).
Dr Fernández Brito is an expert in capillary micrografting, hair transplantation, capillary micropigmentation, capillary mesotherapy, platelet-rich plasma, and alopecia, among other treatments and pathologies. He masters the FUE technique, the FUSS technique and robotic transplantation. After more than 8 years dedicated exclusively to hair transplantation surgery, he has developed the FUE Sapphire HD capillary micrograft technique. Currently, he applies all his technical knowledge at the Microcapilar Hair Clinic in Madrid, where he works as a hair surgeon.
