An Exclusive Event to Recognise the Talent of European Professionals and Companies

The 4th Edition of the European Awards was held on November 27th, creating the perfect environment for networking and the exchange of ideas among attendees.

Budapest, a city that symbolises the values that have shaped the history and cultural development of Europe, was the chosen venue for this edition. The capital of Hungary, considered one of the most beautiful cities on the continent, is a key economic, industrial, and commercial hub in Central and Eastern Europe. Its unique location made it the ideal place to host the 4th European Awards.

The ceremony was held at the Gundel Palace, an emblem of Hungarian and Central European gastronomy with more than 130 years of history. Located in the heart of Buda, between the Budapest Zoo and Botanical Garden, this palace stands in a unique urban and landscape setting.

The Event

The 4th European Awards ceremony took place on November 27th, on a cold autumn night illuminated by the Christmas lights of the Hungarian capital. The event, organised by El Suplemento and the Professional and Business Excellence Institute, brought together awardees from various business sectors across Europe. The evening began with the reception of the award winners and their guests by the organisation's staff and management, who were guided to the event's photocall to capture the first moments of joy and excitement of the night.

After a pleasant welcome cocktail, attendees enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere conducive to chats, anecdotes, and exchanges of ideas, allowing professionals and companies from different sectors to establish new connections and explore future collaborations. This interaction, both among the awardees and with the organisation, highlighted the success of networking at such events.

Once this first part concluded, all attendees were directed to the Queen Elisabeth of Hungary Ballroom, inside the Gundel Palace, a space with elegant late 19th-century Rococo decor that provided the perfect setting for the awards ceremony. This venue was specially selected for its capacity to reflect the sophistication and quality level required for the occasion.

The awards presentation began with a musical performance that captivated the audience, followed by the intervention of the gala presenters, Sonia Fernández and Andrés López, who introduced the opening speech by Antonio Queijeiro, director of the awards. In his speech, Queijeiro thanked all those present for their attendance and highlighted the importance of the work and commitment of the awardees to excellence, especially in challenging times for the European economy.

The Awardees

The event, which underscored the importance of the work of European professionals, featured the presence of awardees from various countries across the continent. The Spanish representation was particularly noteworthy, demonstrating the excellent performance of the business sector in Spain, which is in full expansion thanks to a highly qualified and entrepreneurial ecosystem. Other countries whose representatives received awards included France, Hungary, Belgium, and Romania. In total, eight Spanish professionals and companies were recognised: Oximesa (Patient Care), GuBrath Trade (Quality Service), Dr. Rafael Llombart y Ais (Medicine), Acció Preventiva (Occupational Risk Prevention), The Learning Spaces (Architecture), VipKel Consulting Services (Innovative Franchise), Hotel IPV Palace & Spa (Customer Service), and Capilclinic (Hair Surgery).

After receiving their awards, the winners shared their words of thanks with the audience, highlighting in their speeches the support of their families, friends, colleagues, and collaborators. Frequent mentions were made of effort, dedication, and sacrifice, as well as thanks to the event's organisation.

Following these speeches, the awardees were guided to the press area by the organisation's staff, where they shared their impressions and projects in brief interviews, which will be available on the official awards website, www.theeuropeanawards.eu, where the gala video, which was broadcast live, can also be viewed.

After a short break, the ceremony continued with another musical performance, which received applause from the audience, and the presentation of the next awards. The gala culminated with the closing speech by Pablo Suñer, manager of El Suplemento, who congratulated the winners and encouraged them to continue working with the same determination that had led them to success.

The evening concluded with a gala dinner, preceded by one last musical performance, in which attendees enjoyed the culinary specialities of the Gundel Palace, thus ending a night full of celebrations and excellent moments.

This event featured the special collaboration of renowned designer Félix Ramiro, who designed the suits worn by Antonio Queijeiro and Pablo Suñer, the organisers of the awards.
