Vincent Lazimi

Vincent is a Paris based lawyer who specializes in providing tax advice to entrepreneurs, tech companies, investment funds and real estate companies. He also assists high-net worth individuals and investors based both in France and in England on their personal tax issues. His work includes dealing with general corporate tax issues, international tax structuring and company restructuring (tax aspects of acquisitions, mergers or asset contributions). 

He also developed a strong practice in assisting companies and high-profile clients with tax audits and tax disputes.

With over 17 years’ experience, including 6 years in London, Vincent is both qualified as a French avocat and a solicitor for the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He holds a PhD in international tax law and a Master’s degree in corporate tax law from Paris-Dauphine University and is the author of a book on international wealth planning: ‘Paradis fiscaux and gestion patrimoniale, quelle nouvelle donne?’, editions EFE. He also wrote multiple articles on tax matters in various French tax reviews. 

About his previous professional experience, Vincent has worked for the French tax boutique Vaslin Associes, where he was a partner and, previously as a senior associate in the tax department of the US law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, in Paris. 

He has been rewarded in several occasions. He has been ranked as a Leading individual in France: Private clients, 2022 Chambers & Partners and 2022 Legal 500 EMEA.
